Wonderful customer service

"Jim and his Homer crew helped us understand all the components we needed to understand to update our renter's fuel setup. We had to get a fuel line replaced, but needed to ask a lot of questions about our stand and configuration. Jim answered all our questions, told us about safety regulations to keep in mind, made honest recommendations to us as homeowners, and continues to be available for questions and service that feels like good-quality, genuine, and skilled work. When you realize "heating" involves a lot more than a toyo, call these guys for a positive experience that leaves you feeling taken care of!"

"We needed to replace an old woodstove that was original to a house built in 1984. It was not heat nor energy efficient, was used three times the five years we have lived in the house and personally was an eye sore of the room. I went online for the local shop in Wasilla and researched the brands available, which is quite a lot for what you want out of a stove. But a trip to Fire & Flue, Wasilla, sold me on the Norsk Kleber Kube 3 soap stone stove. If you research soap stone stoves the heat retention and efficiency of transferring heat is slightly better than traditional wood stoves. The old woodstove was taken out and the chimney flue cleaned. We also updated the slate/stone behind the old woodstove. There was wait time to schedule the install of the new stove of about 3-4 weeks but the install only took one day to include tiling the wall behind the stove and piecing together all of the parts of the stove. I am very pleased with the care the employees and staff came into our home and completed the job and cleaned up the site after themselves. Everyone we worked with was considerate and most importantly got along with our dog. Kiana and her team was a pleasure to work with."

"This Fireplace is gorgeous. We have a tall living room and it fit perfectly in the space. Definitely a great accent. I've been impressed with how long it stays hot. Very little firewood is needed. I actually bought a radiant fan to put on top of it and it spins pretty fast but it does take a couple hours for the heat to get to the top, which is good because the kids can still touch the bottom of it without burning themselves. Very happy! The fireplace was more expensive then the downstairs unit, but overall it is much cheaper, because it is a standalone and you do not have to build a mantle and rock work around it! "
