"We came there to get an estimate on a fireplace and see what model we should get. From the start the manager was very professional and very knowledgeable about every product in the store she was very helpful and gave us an estimate on every model we were interested in and even stayed after the closing time to answer more of our questions."

The install crew was friendly, professional and thorough, taking great care to leave things better than they found them. Throughout the install they answered our questions and made sure that we understood every step of the process.
