"We had the best experience with Alaska Fire and Flue. Everyone was so easy to work with and explained what needed to be fixed, and even showed me before and after pics. Heather, Nathaniel, and everyone that I encountered were awesome! Their pricing was also reasonable! Definitely recommend this company for all your fireplace/ chimney needs. Thank you again!"

"This company gives the best customer service. Kevin is so knowledgeable and is happy to explain why he would do something which helped me understand the work that was needed to fix our fireplace. Heather, in the office has a pleasant phone voice, has good follow through when things change and kept us updated on appointments. This is the kind of company you want working for you. "Staff were on time, super polite, very cautious about not making a mess and cleaning up after themselves. I was working from home in the living room and they were pleasant, professional, and having a good time together.
