"This company gives the best customer service. Kevin is so knowledgeable and is happy to explain why he would do something which helped me understand the work that was needed to fix our fireplace. Heather, in the office has a pleasant phone voice, has good follow through when things change and kept us updated on appointments. This is the kind of company you want working for you. I highly recommend their work and their staff. Thank you for a job well done !!!"

"Staff were on time, super polite, very cautious about not making a mess and cleaning up after themselves. I was working from home in the living room and they were pleasant, professional, and having a good time together. Impressed with the trainee and the trainer both in quality of work and professionalism toward me and between each other."

"We had a wonderful experience with Fire and Flue in Homer, Alaska. In spite of Covid and being short staffed the manager in Homer, Jim went out of his way to provide the services that we needed. He met with us personally face to face to discuss our needs. He then oversaw the installation himself. He made himself personally accessible by giving us his personal number. We would highly recommend Fire and Flue to anyone in the Homer area."
