"We had Alaska Fire and Flu install a stove that we purchased second hand. From the beginning, they established themselves as knowledgeable professionals by answering all of our questions and giving us some pretty sage advice on choosing the right location for the stove. The install crew was friendly, professional and thorough, taking great care to leave things better than they found them. Throughout the install they answered our questions and made sure that we understood every step of the process. I would highly recommend Alaska Fire and Flue to anyone who is either purchasing a new stove, installing a used one, or if you need maintenance, parts or service for an existing stove, they do it all."

"I don’t give 5 stars because everything works correctly, that’s to be expected, and everything does. I give 5 stars because of the level of service. Ben checked with me several times to make sure my new stove was working correctly. When I got back to him on some minor concerns, he checked back with me every few weeks until I finally gave him a date to return and check out the stove. By the time I agreed to a visit I had already worked out the concerns (all due to my lack of experience) but he still insisted in coming to check on the work and make sure everything was as it should be. I would highly recommend this company for being committed to providing for their customers needs."
