"We purchased the Kuma Classic for the benefit of having heat all the time here in King Salmon. We have power outages often and always worry. Jim helped us at the Homer store. Not only did he help us in the purchase but went out of his way to accommodate our needs. Brought stove to us at airport, found us a place to stay when we couldn't leave with bad weather, drove us to hotel and got us back to airport next day. He arranged for Donny to install at our home. Donny was efficient and the installation went like clock work. We can't say enough of how these employees went out of their way to help us. We recommend them to anyone....anywhere who needs a better heating program here in Alaska. They would receive a 10 for effort if I could post that. Thank you Jim and Donny!"

"Mike came out to our home and cleaned our chimney better then anyone ever had he even cleaned things that no one bothered too. Which led to us finding out we needed things replaced badly. Mike was super amazing and helpful replacing it all and was courteous and professional. I highly recommend them and so glad Homer had anther option for Chimeny services ! Thank you"

"We came there to get an estimate on a fireplace and see what model we should get. From the start the manager was very professional and very knowledgeable about every product in the store she was very helpful and gave us an estimate on every model we were interested in and even stayed after the closing time to answer more of our questions."
