"We had Alaska Fire & Flue install a brand new fireplace for us. We were in there on a Thursday, Jim came for an estimate Saturday & they installed Monday. Customer service was phenomenal!!! Communication was great and the install guys did a fantastic job. We would recommend these guys over and over again. Thank you Jim & Chris for such an easy transaction!"

"We purchased the Kuma Classic for the benefit of having heat all the time here in King Salmon. We have power outages often and always worry. Jim helped us at the Homer store. Not only did he help us in the purchase but went out of his way to accommodate our needs. Brought stove to us at airport, found us a place to stay when we couldn't leave with bad weather, drove us to hotel and got us back to airport next day. He arranged for Donny to install at our home. Donny was efficient and the installation went like clock work. We can't say enough of how these employees went out of their way to help us. We recommend them to anyone....anywhere who needs a better heating program here in Alaska. They would receive a 10 for effort if I could post that. Thank you Jim and Donny!"
