"I don’t give 5 stars because everything works correctly, that’s to be expected, and everything does. I give 5 stars because of the level of service. Ben checked with me several times to make sure my new stove was working correctly. When I got back to him on some minor concerns, he checked back with me every few weeks until I finally gave him a date to return and check out the stove. By the time I agreed to a visit I had already worked out the concerns (all due to my lack of experience) but he still insisted in coming to check on the work and make sure everything was as it should be. I would highly recommend this company for being committed to providing for their customers needs."

"We just had our wood stove installed by Alaska Fire and Flue. The whole process was as smooth as could be from quote to installation. The custom hearth pad looks excellent and my wife and I are already enjoying the stove on this cool rainy night. Thanks Ben!"
