"We received excellent service from Ben. He came to our house, showed us some pictures of previous work, listened to what we wanted to do, put together an estimate and delivered on it. What more can you ask for? We intentionally wanted to keep things simple and he did exactly that. I couldn't be happier with our new wood stove."

"We have worked with Ben from Alaska Fire & Flue several times over the years and he has always been wonderful to work with. He is prompt, thorough, pays attention to detail, never leaves a mess and has been a great resource answering questions we've had about our fireplace set up & wood burning safety in general. We recently replaced our old wood stove with a newer model and Fire & Flue offered the most competitive quote on the stove and installation work. When the work was finished, Ben actually adjusted the quote he gave us to a lower price since he was able to use some of the original parts of our wood stove setup. The new stove is wonderful & we are looking forward to using it for many years to come. Would recommend this company without reservation to anyone looking for great customer service & excellent work."
