"WOW. Now, I am a tough critic, so take my word for it when I say, the folks at AK Fire and Flue are the people you want!! Ben came to our home and made a retrofit installation work WONDERFULLY! He was professional, very friendly, and extremely capable. If he can make it work at our house, he surely can at yours, as we had some very tricky aspects to maneuver around. The Osbourne we chose works GRRRREAT, heating our entire 1,960 sqft home. We cook on it too. Fabulous overall, and they provide constant, great, customer service."

"My experience was absolutely fantastic. They did an absolute fantastic job with our fireplace. We had existing pipe already in our house and not only were they able to work with us but even came out and did an inspection to make sure that we would be happy with where the placement would be. Not only would I use them again I go out of my way to tell anyone who will listen how great of a job they did. I even have close friends who are fireplace guys and I would still use Ben over any of them."

"These guys are great! Second time we've used them over the last 2 years. They were recommended to us by a friend who said they did a good job. (We had had a previous guy for many years who moved out of state). They arrived on time and were prepared to deal with our high and very steep metal roof. The best thing they did was when they came the first time a couple years ago. We had had a problem with our chimney chase leaking water when it rained or snowed. Over almost 30 years, no one had been able to fix this...not even a roofer when we had the roof done. But these guys fixed it, and not only does it not leak at all now, but their fix looks great and blends perfectly with the roof. Worth every penny!!! P.S. this is a real review, I am not personal friends with AK Fire "

"Ben sold me a top of the line quality product at a reasonable price, and the install was perfectly done. I am glad I used these guys instead of one of the bigger contractors, AFF got the job done quickly and professionally and I would highly recommend them in the future."
